Donald Toombs, a retired general contractor from the Bay Area, has been a resident since October, 2004. He sought out St. Thomas to be closer to his son & family who reside in Turlock. Donald was born in Missouri, but moved to California as a child and spent most of his life in the Walnut Creek area. He attended Berkeley High School and the University of California, Berkeley.
