Our monthly rates include wake up call with coffee; three meals and two snacks daily; weekly maid, linen and laundry service; utilities; transportation for medical needs; and professionally planned social & recreational activities. All rooms are fully furnished, carpeted & draped. Each unit has both a private bath with shower and a small refrigerator. Apartments and shared bedrooms also have private adjoining patios. There are also intercom and emergency call systems in all units with trained staff on duty 24 hours per day. All medications are monitored and dispensed by staff. The monthly rates vary according to the type of accommodation and the level of required care as follows:

*The above rates are for those residents needing basic assistance. An additional $200 per month is required of each resident who needs extra assistance on a regular basis in dressing and moving to and from the dining room. Rates are subject to change.

We also now accept semi-independent seniors and a special rate is available.

Telephone hookups, TV cable and haircare service are also available. Residents are responsibile for making direct payments to the providers of these additional services.
